ACM Terms and Conditions
Welcome to ACM’s growing family. We are honored to have you as a customer and we are committed to providing you with fast and friendly solutions to your computer needs. If at any time you are unhappy with our services, please contact our service department as quality service is our top priority. Our terms and conditions are as follows:
- Equipment that we assemble and configure carries a one-year warranty.
- The equipment must be returned to our office for warranty work.
- Labor services will be billed for warranty work performed at client's site.
- There is no warranty on software or labor services.
- Labor services are provided on a “time-and-material” basis, not on a completed job basis.
- Quotes on labor services are estimates only; they are not a fixed quote.
- All quotes provided are valid for thirty (30) days from the creation date of the quote.
Business Labor Fees
- Our standard labor rates are $145 per hour for business network service and $120 per hour for business desktop services.
- Business clients with ACM Service Plans receive discounted rates as stated on the Service Plan contract.
Home Labor Fees
- On-site service for home users is $85 per hour.
- In-store service, where a customer brings equipment to our office, is $70 per hour.
- A minimum of one (1) hour is billed for all on-site service.
- A minimum of half-an-hour (0.5) is billed for remote and in-store services.
All labor services are billed in quarter hour (0.25) increments after minimum.
After Hours Fees
Labor services will be billed at time-and-a-half for services provided before 8:30am and after 5:30pm Monday through Friday, all times on weekends and holidays.
Payment Due on Delivery
Payment for services are due on delivery unless credit approval has been previously granted.
