At ACM Computers, each service plans is customized to meet the needs of your business. We don't oversell and we don't undersell.
24x7 Network Health Monitoring
We monitor your mission-critical servers and network equipment on a constant basis. Alerts and warnings are recorded and sent to our network engineers via email detailing server memory usage, CPU load, available disk space, power conditions and other critical network performance parameters. Network data backup, virus/spyware attacks, intrusion statistics and attempted attacks are also monitored. Clients using gateway security perimeter devices will also have their network bandwidth usage, top visited websites, web filter activity, and FTP activity monitored.
Network Maintenance (Monthly or Quarterly)
Servers and network devices are maintained on a quarterly basis. We review server and network device event logs and alerts for errors and warnings. Proactive actions are then taken to remedy problems. Hard disk and controller firmware is evaluated for updates and applied if available. We also perform disk checks, clean-up and defrag. Anti-malware program integrity is assessed and verified. Internet Firewall logs, alerts, and errors are reviewed and firmware is updated if available.
Workstation Maintenance (Monthly or Quarterly)
Workstations are maintained on a quarterly basis. We review workstation event logs for errors and warnings. User’s input of workstation performance issues and other concerns are considered and resolved if possible. We perform disk checks, clean-up and defrag. Anti-malware program integrity is assessed and verified. Windows Security Updates are applied. We also perform computer dusting if required.
Network Monitoring and Maintenance Reports
At an interval of your choice, we will generate a detailed executive monitoring, network and workstation maintenance report which includes recommendations for network and workstation improvement.
Guaranteed Service Call Response Time
Depending on your plan we can guarantee faster response times.
Discounted Service Rates
- $120 per hour for network break/fix service calls. $100 per hour for desktop break/fix service calls
- Minimum charges: 1 hour On-site, 0.5 hours Remote service
- 0.25 hours increment after minimum charges.
With the basic service plan, you will enjoy discounted break/fix service rates as above. In the event of major errors requiring repairs during monitoring or maintenance, ACM will notify you and present proposals for such repairs.

Premier Service Plan: Included Break/Fix, Installation and Consultation Labor Services
With the premiere service plan, you will enjoy all of the following included break/fix, installation and consultation services without additional charge. In the event of items not included by the Premiere Service Plan, ACM will notify you and present proposals for such occasions. For instance, company relocation cabling and printer repairs.
- Network Consultation, research and planning.
- Liaison between client and application software vendor.
- Software, workstation, server, network device and printer installation/configuration.
- Server and Workstation break/fix repair.
- Existing local area network cabling repair.
- Server disaster recovery.
- Crashed workstations data retrieval, requires the hard drive to be functioning and accessible.
